The Keene Housing Authority, a quasi-municipal corporation created by the City of Keene, exists within the scope of State Enabling Legislation and the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, as amended, to provide safe and sanitary housing to elderly and disabled persons, as well as families of low and moderate income within the greater Keene area.
