The Keene Family YMCA provides physical activities for every age group, teen programs, and child care services. Physical activities include: swimming, rock climbing, gymnastics, basketball, aerobics, yoga, pilates, strength training, racquetball, cardiovascular equipment, judo, tae kwon do, family activity center, and more!
