Needs Assessments

Needs Assessments

The Monadnock United Way knows that needs assessments provide critical information for our community.  Organizations across the Monadnock Region rely on this information to measure the effectiveness of current programming and to plan for the future.

Needs assessments:

  • improve the effectiveness of service delivery
  • assist in program assessment and development
  • identify unmet needs
  • provide tools for grant writing and evaluation
  • help create relevant and effective programs
  • increase community resources
  • strengthen the community

Monadnock United Way has commissioned a series of community-wide needs assessments in collaboration with Southwestern Community Services. These assessments will provide area agencies and community leaders with information that will help address critical human service needs and improve service delivery in the Monadnock Region.
