This award is our highest honor, reserved for the organization and its employees who best exemplify the Spirit of our region through a culture of strong commitment, positive attitude and demonstration of continued broad-based support for the community and the Monadnock United Way. 


TRAILBLAZER AWARD

Awarded to the employee group achieving the
highest per capita giving in a first year employee campaign.


SUMMIT AWARDS

Awarded to the four employee groups achieving the
highest per capita giving in an established employee campaign.
Awards will be given to the following size groups:

Over 250 employees
125 to 249 employees
50 to 124 employees
11 to 49 employees
10 employees or less


ENTERPRISE AWARDS

Awarded to companies and employee groups conducting campaigns
with an exceptional level of creativity and enthusiasm.


$100,000 CIRCLE

Awarded to companies and their employees whose
combined annual giving totals $100,000 or more.


ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

Based on combined employee and corporate per capita giving of:

$100 or more - Gold Award
$75 or more - Silver Award
$50 or more - Bronze Award
