Jay Eason - President
Responsible to the Board of Directors for directing the affairs and operation of the entire organization.

Marilyn Gemmell - Finance & Fund Distribution
Directs the development and operation of the financial system, including budgeting, auditing, accounting and financial reporting. Also assists with the Allocation Process, Venture Grant Program and Federal Emergency Food & Shelter Program.

Mary Delisle - Campaign
Manages the organization and implementation of the annual campaign. Special Focus on Leadership Giving, Planned Giving, Loaned Employee training and supervision, and volunteer training and other campaign related projects.

Ellen Avery - Community Building
Plans and provides all Information & Referral services, interagency services, represents Monadnock United Way in community initiatives and conducts Referral Agent training.

Jan Kobeski - Communications
Responsible for all year-round communications including publications, press releases, media events and execution of campaign communications plan.

Louise Zerba- Senior Administrative Services 
Provides point of entry for donors and volunteers. Manages office workflow, processes and purchasing, and has primary responsibility for maintenance of accurate and complete databases. Performs clerical support and secretarial duties in support of the organization.

Laurie Morse - Administrative Assistant 
Provides and maintains Information & Referral information, and provides point of entry for donors and volunteers. Maintains close and responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of the Agency. Performs data research and varied clerical and secretarial duties in support of the organization.
