Caregiving involves learning how to take care of yourself, and acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to provide care for a family member. Workshops will be held every Wednesday from May 21 – June 25 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM at the Jaffrey Public Library. The workshop series is free. Call 532-8762.
